Mill Manager (Kalbar & Kalteng)
Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for palm oil mill's operations including management, plan, monitor & control mill production & productivity in order to meet or exceed
approved budget & target set by company
2. Review and optimize mill utilization capacity & resource management
3. Manage and lead subordinates to ensure optimal functioning with high productivity
Requirements:
1. Minimum educations of S1 Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering (High Voltage)/Chemical Engineering
2. Maximum age of 45 years
3. Must posses Steam Engineer competency knowledge at least 5
years of working practice in the related field is required for this position
4. Know and understand technical equipment of palm oil mills
experienced in mill maintainance system - predictive maintainance, preventive maintainance & corrective maintainance
5. Willing to place around Kalimantan Barat and Kalimantan Tengah
